1.熟悉组件自动流水线生产全套流程，负责完成产品调试的指导工作，解决产品运行过程中的一般技术问题及故障排除；
2.根据下达的生产任务组织和安排生产，协调解决好各工序之间的关系，保证生产的均衡连续运行，确保日生产计划的按时完成；
3.编制生产管理的各项规章制度、管理流程、工作计划和生产报表；
4.严格执行工艺作业规程和工艺纪律管理规定，组织领导车间员工按计划实施内部管理与控制，严控和规范生产作业现场管理，严
格推进生产产品质量管理，做好工序自检和互检，随时对生产过程进行质量检查与控制，处理日常异常，发现问题即时分析解
决，对已确定根源的制定纠正预防措施；
5.负责本部门员工的培训，提高部门内员工的专业技能，为本部门员工职业生涯规划提供帮助；对本部门员工进行绩效考核；
6.严格执行车间安全规定，杜绝安全事故的发生；
7.监督检查生产成本控制执行情况，实施降本工作；
8.完成公司领导交办的其它工作。
要求：
1.本科以上学历，电力电子、电气工程及其自动化等相关专业优先；
2.两年以上光伏企业相同岗位工作经验，熟悉精益生产、质量管控、成本控制，掌握电池生产与运作、技术、安全与现场、品质等方面的相关知识；
3.熟悉电池生产的关键业绩指标，具有良好的计划、组织、生产管理能力、较强的沟通与协调能力和团队精神。
